We've been supporting people with their payroll needs throughout Scotland for over 17 years - we know our clients and the sector well and promote a strong emphasis on meeting the exact requirements and expectations of each individual and their families, as well as funding providers.

Quill Accounts has always been a family run business and is currently headed by husband and wife Directors, Andrew and Katie Forrest. Our small team means that we are a friendly and approachable company, dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients - we are always happy to have an informal chat and help in any way we can.

We provide a fully comprehensive payroll service using our computerised software which is fully HMRC accredited. We tailor our payroll services to each individual client and quote an all-inclusive price for our services - no surprise add-ons, compulsory minimum fees or additional invoices. Weekly, fornightly, 4-weekly or monthly payroll periods with the option to pay individual staff on individual pay frequencies.

About Quill Report

Originally a branch of the payroll services provided by our accountancy practice, Quill Accounts first began providing payroll services to Direct Payment and Independent Living Fund (ILF) users in Fife as far back as 1999. Over the years, we have become more adept at providing these services and, in conjunction with local authorities, ILF and care providers, gained more knowledge of what type of help and services people with disabilities need and want.We felt that this aspect of our business required a more dedicated and specialist service and so Quill Accounts Limited was established in 2011.
