Preparation of periodic management Accounts to help assist in the decision making processes at the relevant time for maximum impact on business profitability and to assist when trying to obtain finance.We offer a full Payroll Bureau Service which includes weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly payrolls including periodic notification of PAYE liabilities.
It was decided to relocate to the Stourbridge area from Derbyshire, introduce a new range of products and have Management Accounts to help the owners (Directors) make the relevant decisions, at the right time, to keep the Company moving forward. The same Company now has a market value in excess of 2m and this has been achieved by hard work, dedication and following sound and proven business practice. We have also helped them by means of regular monthly financial information so they can concentrate fully on becoming successful.
