Parker Hartley and Co commenced in 1986 after the partners Carl Parker and John Hartley spent many years with Leeds based accounting firms. The practice has expanded rapidly over the past 30+ years and the client base now consists of sole traders, partnerships, limited companies spread over a geographical area from Scotland to London.
