Unprofessional. Poor communication. Not returning phone calls. Not keeping me in the loop in regards to the progress. On top of it, they missed some obvious basic income tax return particulars, which were immediately pointed out to me at another firm. Wasted valuable time doing nothing. On the positive, they have a pleasant receptionist.
