The team at Jones Avens are headed up by five directors and a combined team of accountants across both offices in Chichester and Portsmouth. Jones Avens was established over 100 years ago to provide accountancy and tax advice, audit, budgeting and forecasting, business services and more recently probate work.
On review of the survey results we are satisfied that on balance our firm is diverse and represents the area in which we trade and employ staff well. We continue to interview candidates from a diverse background as and when vacancies arise. Overall completion rates were satisfactory, if slightly lower than hoped for.
There is much more to an audit than the annual year end and compliance visit. Accounting and audit regulations are complex and continually changing and our aim is to deal with them with efficiently so that you can get on with running your business. We are qualified to deal with all statutory and bespoke audit assignments.
Modern laws, regulations and "red tape" are highly prescriptive of the way that organisations deliver financial information. They are constantly changing. It is our job to keep abreast of these changes and ensure that our clients are compliant and are not over burdened. Our software is constantly updated; we have access to extensive libraries of information and invest heavily in training.
