Meet the Team Report

Our Board and management structure is in line with current best practice. Our Chairman is Jeff Zitron, Non-Executive Chair, with Peter Hammond, our Company Secretary. The Board provides corporate oversight. We are comprised of four regional business assurance Directorates which are supported by national IT Audit, Business Services, Anti-Crime and Digital Forensic teams, together with a centralised Business Support function. With offices across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland we can offer you a genuinely local service.

IT Audit Report

TIAA has a dedicated team of ICT specialists, who have the skills and expertise to ensure your digital systems are optimised. From development and guidance to support digital transformation to new technologies, to dealing with emerging cybersecurity risks, incident response and disaster recovery, we will work with you to support and improve the effective use of technology.

Cyber Security Report

No IT system is 100% secure. What matters is how prepared you are. Understanding the criticality of information security, TIAA have a number of specialist Cyber Security experts ready to provide assurance, training and advice. The Information Commissioner's Office requires notification of a data breach of personal information, resulting from a cyber-attack, within 72 hours.
