It can be about anything - tax, business ideas, just someone to use as a sounding board or whatever you need. If you need help we can often provide it on the phone. As long as information is provided on time, accounts are guaranteed for completion within agreed time scales. Phone calls and e-mails are normally returned within 24 hours max and often sooner.

These are a few of the more common questions we get asked by prospective clients considering using our services. A: If your existing accountant is offering you an excellent pro-active service at a fair fee then stick with them. However, different accountants will save you different amounts of tax and provide different levels of business advice.

Audits Report

You are a PLC or a banking, insurance or finance company (or a subsidiary of one of these). You are required by your professional or trade organisation to have your accounts audited. Most subsidiary companies are also exempt from audit where their parent company guarantees their liabilities. However, we aim to deliver hassle-free audits and there are good reasons for having an audit even if you are not required by law to have one.

Tax Enquiries and Investigations Report

It is an unfortunate fact of business life that you may well come under enquiry by HMRC through no fault of your own or of your accountant. HMRC now investigates businesses at random as well as for specific reasons. A full investigation is not a pleasant experience for anyone. Without expert defence it is possible to get trampled all over.
