Used this company for my tax return for two years. First year was fine but this year was absolutely disgraceful. I was speaking to someone in the office via email and all seemed to be going well but then no communication at all, gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had become sick or off so emailed them and CC'd in customer services complaints address that I had received from their site and haven't received anything from anyone since. Definitely will NOT be using their services again. I only went to them as my old accountant for many a year had retired and I got transferred to them.
