GC Accountants was founded in 1982 by Peter Georgiades trading as Georgiades & Co. In 1992 Peter Georgiades and Harry Charalambou of Charalambou & Co merged their practices to form the current firm of Georgiades Charalambou & Co LLP. Masud Abdul-Karim and Ritish Shah were appointed as junior Partners.
