Have had professional and efficient business accounting services for the last 4 years. After an initial meeting, I tried numerous times to contact the accountant dealing with my business, to confirm receipt of documents. I had promises of call backs, no replies to email. I finally demanded a return of my personal tax documents and took my business elsewhere. The company did get in touch and accepted changes were needed in administration of clients and completed the work requested, so I increase the rating accordingly.
