A truly terrible service! After waiting several weeks for a response to an email, I finally received contact. However, In the meantime I had received prompt assistance elsewhere at a much more favourable price. Further more they felt it reasonable to bill me for an astronomical amount for the poor service they provided. After challenging this nobody seemed too bothered, they just want the money. I would give a zero star rating if it were an option. There were several other problems I encountered whilst dealing with them. So I would not recommend them to anybody.

I attended a meeting to discuss a business matter with senior members of the management team. I was made to feel really welcome and it was a positive experience from start to finish. The professionalism in their approach as we outlined our proposals, their willingness to listen and understand our processes, and their thoughtfulness was evident. I could tell they were willing to embrace modern ideas and cutting edge technologies which is so refreshing in an established company. I hope to be a client of theirs as I have the sense they would really look after me and provide a complete client commitment service.
