YBP are Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants based in South Hertfordshire. Although we are Chartered Accountants, we are not in 'general practice' but instead provide a range of Consultancy services that may be summarised as being the FD on Demand for SME's. We have a vast amount of experience in solving problems with accounting and financial management software systems. As a small firm we are focussed directly on the needs of our clients. Our principals are experienced Chartered Accountants and are directly involved with all projects.
Services
YBP offers a management consultancy function providing objective professional advice and assistance in the overall management of your business. We like to develop a close working relationship with our clients. Only when we are fully aware of their circumstances and have an in-depth knowledge of their business affairs, do we feel we can give the required level of professional advice.
The target client that is likely to benefit most from the above services will typically have a turnover of between 2million and 30million. It will be an SME, without a Finance Director, but possibly with a financial controller/chief accountant. Typically, the client has need for the expertise of a Finance Director, but not full time.
Our initial involvement with a client may be to resolve a specific problem identified by the client, their bankers or their advisors. This will often involve uncertainty with the management information currently being provided, or sometimes be in response to unexpected results from annual accounts preparation.
