Appalling after sales support, tried to wriggle out of their legal responsibilities to repair under warranty. Eventually under threat if legal action they recovered and repaired the floor machine we had purchased from them. Or so we thought, it was returned with a missing screw, bent water pipe and more impaired than when they collected it. Their MD tried to blame our staff for misuse and refused to address their own shoddy work.
I cannot recommend Clemas. I have bought many floor machines over the last 14 years from most of the usual suppliers, never a problem before now, we are good payers, fair and reasonable people, but on this occasion I felt we had very poor service.
