We are a general Chartered Accountancy practice established in 1996, providing a prompt and personal service to all our clients. All work is supervised by our resident partner Chris Skarparis FCA, who has over 25 years' experience in audits, taxation and business consultancy. You can be confident that you will get straight through to a Qualified Accountant who can advise and discuss all your business accounting needs.

Sole trader: suitable for very small businesses and the self-employed - although you remain personally liable for any business debts. Limited Liability Partnerships: are an alternative corporate business vehicle that gives the benefits of limited liability but allows its members the flexibility of organising their internal structure as a traditional partnership. Limited companies: are currently the most tax efficient vehicle, due to low corporation tax rates, and offer limited liability for business debts.
Chris Skarparis & Co is authorised to conduct audits by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales [ICAEW]. We can offer an audit which will be supervised by a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of audit experience, which will be conducted to the high standard required by the ICAEW - and at a competitive price.
