Company accounts summarise the financial activity of your business over a 12-month period and are required by both Companies House and HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). We will prepare your annual accounts for you and submit the documentation on time to both Companies House and HMRC, ensuring that you do not have to worry about late filing penalties.
