No answer after 6 weeks chasing for an update! The initial free consultation and fact finding call was great, where I felt I was dealing with honest and professional firm. Following which, I was promised a report and quotation to discuss their service, having had no call, updates or any form of communication from the office since the consultation over 6 weeks ago now. Have chased 3 times thins week, with emails and phone calls ignored! Would avoid.
