You want a firm you can trust, so here a just a few of many testimonials from our clients. Some years ago a client borrowed 1 million to buy a nursing home. The life assurance premiums over the life of the mortgage were very significant having been provided by another broker. I asked to have a look at what we could do.

Alan Solomons sold me an investment plan by false representation. Only when I told him that I was getting a second opinion from another accountant did he agree that the information he provided was incorrect. He excused himself by explaining that he was very busy and suffering from tiredness.
Alan Solomons invoiced me for insurance policies which I had not ordered and which had never been discussed or quoted.
I requested copies of two letters which Alan Solomons had sent to HMRC on my behalf. Both letters contained arithmetic errors. Perhaps he was too tired to do the arithmetic. On Alan Solomon’s advice, I passed money to him for a tax deposit with HMRC. When I fired Alan Solomons, I asked him for the certificate number of the tax deposit so that I could instruct HMRC to release and apply the funds. Alan Solomons was unable to supply this. HMRC told me that there was no certificated tax deposit.
