Online "cloud" accounting systems (such as Xero) which offer online, real time, multi access 24 hour accounting solutions without the need for expensive hardware. No software is purchased or installed. As long as you have access to the internet you can (and anyone else) access and update your accounts in real time for a modest fee of circa 20 per month.
