Clemmence & Co. is a long established independent firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Leeds. The firm was established in 1991, although the roots of the practice go back to 1977. Clemmence & Co comprises a small team headed by John Clemmence FCA CTA. We have a wide variety of clients. Our clients include several individuals and many small and medium sized businesses carrying out a range of different business activities. We provide a highly professional service to our clients in a friendly and personal manner.
Services
We prepare financial accounts on an annual basis for various different entities including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. In the case of limited companies, we ensure that the accounts comply with the Companies Act 2006. The accounts are prepared from either the client's accounting records or from management accounts produced in-house.
