Wow. let's just say this company is absolutely phenomenal. I'm honestly in lost for words. Im not the type of person to leave a review but when you come across people like this it's hard not too. We needed someone to take care of all of our bookkeeping and taxes for our company and they jumped right in and helped us. The communication and customer service is amazing. Thank you Sapphire for putting our minds at ease and making it easier to run our business.

Jonathan has done our business and personal taxes for 4 years. He is professional and answers my questions. He is patient when I've entered something incorrectly into Quickbooks. I trust Jon and his team!

I've been working with Sapphire since I opened my business 8 years ago. As my business grew I could always count on their team anytime anytime I needed help with Quickbooks/bookkeeping, taxes and any other accounting related issues that came up. I have no doubt that I have saved tens of thousands of dollars thanks to their help. I'd recommend any business, small or large, to Sapphire Bookkeeping.

When looking for a bookkeeping service, I prefer to work with someone who is kind, communicative and takes an interest in clients. I believe that good customer service is a priority. Today, relationships are important and its what makes loyal customers come back and refer friends. If like me, that is important to you, then find a different bookkeeping service. Jonathan is bottom line oriented and getting paid seems to be his first priority.

He assigned a bookkeeper to my business with no introduction. There were errors in my books (eg: TPT sales tax entered as a penalty) that required hiring someone else to fix. He slapped me with a hefty bill during the pandemic with no warning, not even the courtesy of a phone call, knowing from my books that business was in a downturn. I did not give him the opportunity to fix what was wrong because Jonathan was unwilling to negotiate the cost of services taking no responsibility for any misunderstandings.

His services are expensive, and his approach is mediocre. There are far too many other services out there to waste your time with this one. Keep looking. Update: Jonathan "suggested" I remove my review and said if I did not remove it in an hour he would be posting a lengthy response which I believe includes some pretty personal information. I paid his bill in full so his suggestion that it was the 'sole' reason for my push back is wrong. Note: He obviously did not look at any of the documents I delivered to his office for my tax return because there were notes, questions and instructions for him. And, the list of corrections to the books continues.

It's costing me a lot to fix his mistakes. Further Update: Still paying for the mistakes made on my books. My new bookkeeper and accountant are dumbfounded and have told me that they have never seen such a mess. I cannot emphasize enough - look for help elsewhere before you use them.

We have been using Sapphire Bookkeeping and Accounting for years to handle all of our tax needs. Tiffany and staff are accurate, professional, and we thoroughly trust them to provide unparalleled service year after year. We moved to the far east valley and are able to still use Sapphire (YAY!) by uploading necessary docs through their secure portal and communicating conveniently by phone and email.

I really appreciate that when I call with questions, I can get immediate answers. I can email questions and get replies fast, as well. We've also never had someone prepare our taxes so quickly. Especially like it when Tiffany says we're getting a refund! . Thoroughly love Tiffany and Sapphire and would recommend them to family and friends.

We had sapphire bookkeeping do our taxes for 2015. The state tax return was adutited this year and shows we owe over $4000. When contacting this company they said they do not defend their tax returns without charging $120 an hour to do it. After several back and forth I ended up calling the company that did my taxes in 2014 who is doing it for free.

The company I used prior includes this in their fees. Sapphire does not. I was referred her by my sister who has since told me she left for similar issues! Don't trust them. Any reputable company will defend their prepared return. Since I can't reply to this company. I'm editing my review. My precious company who is handling the issue for 2015 includes dealing with audits or any issues as part of their service because they are a good company with integrity unlike Sapphire Bookkeeping.

I've had my taxes done for 20 years and have had a few Audits or issues and never had a company tell me they will look into it for an additional fee. It had always been taken care of. They are taking care of this problem not because there is an error but because they know more about taxes than I do and have good customer service. I have since gone back to them for our accounting needs.

The only reason I left in the first place was because we moved to a different state and thought it would be more convenient. I provided everything I have from the audit to sapphire who was not interested in looking into it. But that's OK. Good riddance. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THAT'S MY OPINION AND ADVICE.

Tiffany and staff are great! We own a small business and Sapphire Bookkeeping has been assisting us with our taxes for the last few years. No matter how big or small your taxes or questions are, they take the time to answer everything.

I work with many accountants and bookkeepers and Sapphire is one of my very favorite to do business with because I always know my clients will be very well taken care of. Sapphire provides the ideal experience you would want from an accounting firm. I love being greeted by Jazmine every time I walk into their office. She is warm, helpful, and a delight to talk to! Jon and Tiffany Powell are very intelligent and are proactive about staying up to date on the newest regulations and tax law changes so they can best serve their clients.

They are constantly participating in seminars above what is required, allowing them to be experts in all areas that may affect their clients or their businesses. The entire office is very friendly and easy to talk to, giving my clients a wonderful experience.

I started using Sapphire bookkeeping and accounting last tax season and have been very impressed with their expertise, professional attitudes and availability. I even used them to help me understand quick books better. Every time I have questions or a problem Tiffany or John always returns my calls quickly. The savings from my last experience with another accounting firm has been substantial. So I now get better service for my company's needs, less accounting fees, timely filing and higher returns.
