Stephen Kent and Company Limited is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Swansea, South Wales. Established in 1996, the firm quickly developed a reputation for high standards of accountancy work and service to its clients. The firm and its principal Mr Stephen Kent are members of and regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales and Mr Kent is also a member of the ICAEW Tax Facility.

We have a wide client base, with individuals, partnerships and companies, both large and small. We have in house specialisms in the health sector including dealing with medical practitioners and consultants. We also deal with nursing homes, charities and clients in the construction industry. As a firm we are always aware of the ever changing and complicated tax legislation, and the implications for our clients.
