I'm pretty satisfied with their work. I want to give them ten stars if possible. First of all, I wasn't satisfied with the former CPA, so I made the switch for the first time in ten years. I compared two different accountant companies. One was not polite and untrustworthy. But Applied accountancy was so prompt and polite as they advertise themselves on TV and magazines.
I had to make some questions to the other company since the initial questionnaire forms of them wasn't made good. But those of Applied accountancy was so clear that I didn't need to make any question. They responded promptly every time I sent emails. I was so surprised at the quickness. Last year, I got all the documents needed ready by Thursday Feb/15 and requested the job by e-mail.
On Friday they informed me that they were done making my tax documents and someone else was reviewing it. Next Monday, They were all done and told me how much the amount of the refunds are. Tuesday Feb/20, I printed it out, signed, and e-mailed back to them. They e-filed the documents to IRS on the same day. all the tax refund came in from both Federal and California on Feb/27 and 28.
So quick! I finished everything in less than 2 weeks. This year, I used them again. I submitted them all the necessary documents on Feb/4, they had the all work done and let me know the refund amount the very next day. I've received the refund money from the Federal and the State by Feb/22.
