Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Rude, they tried to start a fight with me over someone else having the same name and the driver threw my shopping on the ground in the rain and it was soaked. Then they called me to argue, disgusting waste of oxygen these dirty idiots are.

Warning do not use Crossley private hire Halifax they indirect discriminate wheelchair users by charging them more then an able-bodied person for the same distance of travel this is indirect discrimination of the Equality Act 2010 and the minister of Transport cut new laws on the 6th of April 2017 to protect wheelchair users from discrimination a private hire company like crossleys or Hackney taxi are not allowed to charge wheelchair users more as an able bodied person for the same distance of travel this means if a wheelchair user needs especially adapted vehicle what is suitable 4 wheelchairs to use and the wheelchair person ask to be anchored in safely it comes under reasonable adjustments the taxi firm order private hire firm cannot charge more for this it doesn't make any difference if it's an 8 seater or 20 seater or whatever they are not allowed to charge more this is indirect discrimination and they are not allowed to start the metre while they are loading a wheelchair user in the vehicle please share this thanks
