The practice was first set up in 1990 by Dawn O'Connor, a former Senior Manager with one of the leading international accountancy firms, Ernst & Young. Yannons was established in 2001 following a move from Cambridgeshire to Devon. Today we continue to build on our enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike. Our particular specialism is owner-managed businesses, both large and small, with turnovers ranging from 10,000 to 10m.
Dawn started the practice from a spare room at home in 1990 after she left Ernst & Young in order to spend more time with her young family. Having grown the business from such a small start she can fully appreciate the challenges faced by new entrepreneurs. Her experience of managing the audits of household name companies means she is equally comfortable dealing with much larger entities so clients know they will continue to receive good and informed advice as they grow.Debbie trained and qualified with a medium sized firm of Chartered Accountants in London before moving to Bishop Fleming in Exeter.
