Having employed these accountants to do my books, I'm shocked by the lack of care. 100's of items remain unreconciled, there is a difference of 100K between my bank account and Xero, NEST pensions remaining unpaid for 6 months and CIS owes my business 28K! I know I'm a small business but really? Do not go near these people unless you want financial ruin.
