A good friend of mine recommended Neil Sandry from Knights Lowe, saying that Neil had looked after his accounts for some 30 years and is superb. I contacted Neil and after a short time during our Zoom call I new he would be perfect for our business, Ward Trade Marks Ltd. We engaged him straight away. Had an interview for Payroll Admin role and met Ian one of the directors. After an hours interview, was told he had others to see and would get back to me. That was 4 weeks ago. Considering they are not a small business, no one has had the courtesy to get back to me either way. Very unprofessional outfit.
